Solar Lofts – South Loop
Will be solar-powered and energy-efficient, targeting 33–50%+ reduction in utility costs through rooftop PV, VRF HVAC, and efficiency upgrades.
Inclusive sustainable redevelopment of an existing South Loop building (approx. 79,000 sq ft on 0.46 acres).
Includes EV charging stations and integrated IoT/efficiency features; phased retrofit model (energy-efficiency upgrades first, rooftop solar second).
Imani Village Senior Residences
New affordable senior residence at Cottage Grove Ave on Chicago’s South Side.
Built to Enterprise Green / high-performance standards with provisions for rooftop solar installation and green features.
Phase of the broader Imani Village master plan, integrating housing with health, wellness, and community services on a 23-acre campus.
